A judge agreed with the defense. He thought the jury should have seen a couple photos, but showing them 90 minutes worth was just a tactic to get them so worked up that they would have convicted anyone sitting in the defendant's chair. So Tim was granted a new trial. Now for round two, they moved the trial 90 miles away from Fayetteville.
