The Circuit Court Judges in Rural Missouri Are Not Elected Judges.
In Idaho, the supreme court ruled unanimously that what all these circuit court judgesdo were doing was wrong. And so to me, i think it's important to look at the fact that the united states is one of the only countries in the world that actually even has elected judges,. Even though not all of them are m i think the way we elect judges in rural missouri is part of the problem, because the judges are facing political pressure rather than acting as jurists.
