Mascot's Upside in the Pandemic
NVR is an East Coast home builder that also operates a mortgage business. It's located in markets that are not quite as hot, sort of mid-Atlantic focused. The valuation is rich relative to the group, which to some extent it always deserves because of its execution. But I think there's better opportunities within the group. When we talk about the building products, where's the upside there? Yeah.
