Are You a Leader in Customer Success?

Customer success is a very misunderstood function, and most company leaders have not personally experienced it. I see a lot of companies under appreciate the both the ortance and the results generated by that function. You can apply best practices and end standards, but you really have to tailor them to your customer if it's be effective. It's one of those things where it's not really black and white, like there's no silver bullet um. And i don't think people, if you haven't been in the function, it's easy to hand wave and assume that it's easy.
