How Much Protein Do I Really Need?
The most common question i get, and i think this is due to our just selection bias and audience with people who are interested in performance and body composition. How much protein do we actually need to be healthy and to perform at a reasonably high level? It's sort of a two tiered answer, it, i'd say. So you have the folks who are just happy with attaining general health. And they don't necessarily even have a very robust body composition goals,. especially in terms of muscle gain.
