Introduction

Herman Halloshenko is Ukraine's Minister of Energy. A post he took up last year after rising through the ranks in the state-owned nuclear power company. It's his job to figure out how to keep the heat and power on throughout Ukraine's coming winter. No easy task given Russia's increasingly aggressive targeting of the country's civilian energy infrastructure with missiles and recently acquired Iranian kamikaze drones.
