What's the Biggest Case in January 6?
Stuart Rhodes and Kelly Meggs, who was also convicted of the lead charge seditious conspiracy, are looking at between 20 and 30 years. The Proud Boys case from what we've seen so far is even stronger in terms of pre-planning. In the case of the Oath Keepers, you really only had one of these individuals actually physically engaged with officers.
