The Dangers of Flooding
I hope everyone can emerge safely from all this, but then water can do so much damage to infrastructure and create a bunch of long term problems. I've watched a few different rescue videos this morning. There was one video involving a baby who was saved that really hit me hard,. But there was another video where it looked like a whitewater rapid in the middle of a street. And this one man was clinging to the door of a car and he was somehow saved. It was a true miracle, but all of it just underscores the scale of the challenge right now.
