My Story of Sleep Paralysis
Penelope and I both experienced sleep paralysis when we were 17-years-old. Penelope had a recurring dream where she was in her room but the three windows on the wall zoomed in and out at the same time while shadows circled the walls. She also saw a man with a pointed nose and a top hat slowly inching towards her face. At this point she starts panicking and is screaming my name although nothing is actually coming out of her mouth. It gave me the instant signal that we needed to leave. This has me convinced that maybe acknowledging the paranormal does open up doors to evil entities or spirits.
