Are We Going to Get Out of This Box?
The only place where a Democrat incumbent governor lost was in a state where abortion rights were already enshrined in the Constitution. The RNC just did a resolution at their winter meeting that shows that they did not, they're certainly not looking at the polling on abortion. Instead, we're being defined by states that are going to the far extremes, which is in conflict with how we've talked about this forever and it's catching up with us.
