A lot of companies have customer support. You don't, you should be investing in it. Customer support is your lifeline to the customer. It's what keeps them happy. I was looking over two years of customer support data and customer support data is pretty interesting. We changed customer support hours that they can call us and we extended the number of hours that they could chat with us.
