What Is the Most Important Question on the Agenda?

I always put the most important question to be answered first. It seems to me like there's this drama element to meetings where people wanna start with like softball things or they wanna start the meeting talking about family and things like that. But in a meeting, I think it's really inappropriate. The whole point of the meeting is, you know, go in, let's get our questions answered and get out.
