What Is the Contract With Your Work?
This is something that I encourage people to talk to their managers about. Do they expect you to work like 40 hours a week or 45 or 50 hours a week? Okay, that's one kind of contract, then you have to honor that. So many people have negotiated with their managers to just deliver a certain amount. And that's great. Then you could do whatever you want, work 20 hours a week, I don't really care. But just make sure you have that right contract with your manager.
