"I'm going to do something that might seem a little strange and I'm actually not going to pick a graph or a chart. I am going to opt for simple text because just because you have numbers doesn't mean you always need to build a graph," he says. "So I'm aiming to kind of build a versatile team, things that will work well, but still be very straightforward and applicable in a business setting" He adds: "Good pick starting to build a pretty strong team here."
