Coaches and Staff

Coaches say they want their kids to buy in. Buying in is just the very, very first step. But we like to say that, if you buy something, i could just as easily sell it. And so there's a really big difference between buying investment and ownership of an experience. We're oor you hear alot of coach es say, we' ere going to raise our standards. Well,  we need to sit down and talk about what that's to be. So when we create this equitable ownership of our experience, where they then get to control their experience, and we've agreed on all these things now, we're finally getting somewhere.
