The Importance of Visual Hierarchy in Design

This is such a brilliant example of a really sophisticated approach to a common model that we come back to a bunch on the Emergency Mind Project, right? Like what does it take for a group to perform under pressure? We've divided the universe into a three by two matrix. The rows or levels of organization, individual team and system ITS, and the columns are time either on the X or off the X,. And they're off as either before or after or in between. That's like such a rich version of why we did the it's a matrix as a whole... I love it because we talked earlier about innovation and growing an idea.
