The first rule is when you're setting context is you've got to tell people how the dialogue is going to go. And I have an example too of where a person just rushed into the questions. They had probably been taught in some training to ask these questions of your prospect. Any question about money, like what are you paying for it now? How are you measured personally? Are you how are you paid?
