Daryl Brooks's Sentencing Is Set for Monday

District attorney Sue Opper says they're satisfied. Ryan Conkey's 12 year old niece, Jessalyn Torres has undergone several surgeries since she was struck by Brooks. A hearing to set Daryl Brooks's sentencing date is scheduled for Monday. 17 people are under arrest in California and Washington state. Federal prosecutors accuse them of being part of an interconnected drug trafficking ring.
