Robert Pape and Becky Feedley

Becky Feedley was murdered in September 2006. Her ex-boyfriend Robert Pape is suspected of killing her and his friend Christian Smith. Private investigator Louis Polanyos put up a provocative billboard at the murder site to draw attention to the case. He says he believes someone out there knows something that can be solved.
