How to Distinguish Talents From Skills

There's some confusion in the terminology. I want to distinguish talents from skills. Talents are things that you've been given. You've been gifted with. It's not something you can learn. Skills on the other hand are things thatYou can learn. We're not all competing for the same. Yeah. Gifting position, whatever it is. But we have an accountant friend who she is and I say this with dear affection. She has OCD about numbers. That's a talent. That's not a skill. And so I kind of want to set the terminology straight and at least in how I'm going to use it.
