Do You Think We're Going to Get to New Highs?
"I don't think we get to new highs. No no no no not a chance," he says of the S&P's recent rally. "We have so far right now retraced 500 of 1300 points 550 points of 13, that's kind of the number that at that point I'm more neutral." He thinks it grinds higher into the spring and could last for three plus months.
