What Are the Sort of Value Companies That Have the Best Risk Adjusted Growth Potential?

The pre-tax cash flow yield of the S&P 500 is about 4%, little under 4%. There aren't a lot of companies out there that are super cheap right now. If you told me that rates would stay permanently low, which I just don't know, then on an absolute basis we could make some nice money from here.
