Wes Anderson's Dajiling Limited
I have to say, I'm not the greatest fan of Wes Anderson's films. But personally, I think he does a fair job in presenting non-English cultures. With Anderson, always incorporate really white-key styles of old figure and close up shots of very strange stuff,. Very funny dialogues. Sometimes I feel like to him, the aesthetic is more important than the content on the movie.
