Chad's Unrolling the Scroll

We've been waiting 25 years, a quarter of a century for this chapter because that's how long Abraham and Sarah have been waiting. The three times in those two verses we hear more or less an affirmation that finally God has made good on the promise of his word. It happened at the appointed time of which God had spoken to him. So it's like Moses can't say enough about the fulfillment.
