How to Build a Competitive Athlete

You don't have to train extensively prolonged time as the anerobic muscle fibres, ecause they're explosive by definition. So you get more arobically conditioned from just putting in the work every day at a comfortable heart rate. That's when you can build up to be even a fast, explosive athlete. It's like getting outside of your own training and doing it for everybody else rather than ose for yourself. I think one thing that separates out someone that gets really good at something, versus somebody, ah, that just does it here and there, is that people that get really good or get to be great, they're like super in tune with how something supposed to feel
