Is He a Refugee?
He's 16 and a half years old. Why has he not been resettled with ta family, or why is that not something that's already in motion? It's difficult for me to find out the full extent of that. A number of families have contacted the new york times, offering to take him in. But could they do that? Would he be able to travel to a different part of the country to be with a family that might want to take himin? And is that in his best interests? Sonow, these are some very serious questions. I'm doing my best to find out what his options are.
