How to Build and Grow Your Network

I think number one, you have to treat building and growing in network like a KPI. Number two would be stop expecting things to return to the way that they were. And then I'd probably also recommend finding a group of people who act as like a community for you. We need the support system of some sort to bounce ideas off of,. To vent to, to learn from, to share with, all that kind of thing. So those would be the three things that I would tell people to focus on.
