The Constitution Is the Hamilton Constitution
The Constitution gave Hamilton not everything he wanted by no means I mean he wanted to dissolve the states really as except as independent governments. He got certain tools out of the Constitution but they're very critical to his um to bringing about his vision and one of them is to not let the states have their own money. There's a number of provisions in there that are kind of the unsexy provisions of the Constitution that people don't like to talk about because they're about money.
