Of all the pleas and a, course, i wrote it, there were a hundredand 50, 15 guilty please. At that point, i was aware of only two instances where thee a felony had ever been charged. So i think it's been very consistent. 85 % the who fled have been misdemeanors, and 75% have been class b misdemeanors. Some of those a misdemeanors came down from a felony, but that's where we are,. Yes, the ones who pled down from a felonies to a class a misdemeanour.
