Commissioner ridgway has indicated that the authorizations to day have actually been decided on the basis that there was no substantiall lessening of competition. So i think that there may be some perception its redundant. I'm not sure we have good enough sample size to really draw that conclusion. Yt's very few, isn't lamin its two or it's three, i think, now under the new test. But that's very few compared to the numbers of informal clearances.
