The Failure of Leadership in the Marine Corps

I think across the board, we're seeing leaders that eat first. And it comes at our expense, but they're supposed to be representing us and serving us. I really think we have a failure of leadership across so many institutions and society. Do you think parents could benefit from this too? Everyone can benefit from the book.
