A bottle of port and a heaped tablespoon of thickener rice flouer is what i turned to use. Instead of about a hundred and 25 grams of chocolates, as dark as you can get it. You end up with something that's kind of the consistency of really thick cream. And somehow, when your dressed is a georgian it really works. It's bastely.
