I really learned a lot about myself just in terms of like self-awareness and pushing myself out of my comfort zone. I've only done let's say six or seven of these thus far these podcasts that is but in my conversations throughout life with anyone that I find interesting which I think is maybe one of my favorite characteristics is curious and interesting. If you surround yourself with humans that push the limits and that test norms it turns you into a more interesting human and happier.
