Are Women Paid Less Than Men for Doing the Same Job?

The last 50 years of social change are mostly about making each individual capable of supporting themselves in every way that you can support yourself. Is there anybody who thinks women should make less than men for doing the same work? I've never met one person who had that opinion. So stop acting like the people are broken and the system works. Not true. The system can't work for most people in 2022. It's very obvious that that's not the problem. Because if people choosing wrong is part of the system and we can't do it right, that means the system is broken.
