Is the US Government Committing All Americans to Pay for Weaponry?

Gun dealers in the us have been inspired by ukraine's fight, and they want to send weapons to help. They've had some pretty serious difficulties with the us. Government preventing them from engaging in that process exactly. What the us doesn't want is some us Citizen, or or police officer, whoever, going in with weapons,. transporting them in person in ukrane, and then shooting a russian because then you have world worthre on your hands. So they're much more open to just declaring 800 million dollars of weapons being sent to morrow by the government, by the government. Ah, it seems more morally defensible to allow individual americans to engage in the process
