I'm totally inspired by this thought that everybody going through their shifts and going through their time have these countless moments where they can choose to reflect on what they're feeling. So I've always had this vision of leave no trace emergency medicine, you go through your shift and you leave the system better than you found it as you go through it. How do you capture these ideas?
