How to Create a Schedule

If you don't use a schedule, I would absolutely recommend it. There's three steps that you need when creating your schedule. Look back and look forward is the first thing to do. The second thing is for all of the stuff that you write down that you need to do for this week, you need to prioritize what those things are. My willpower is really good after I have a cup of coffee at nine o'clock in the morning. So my main priority is to make sure that I write for one hour straight,. 45 minutes straight, 30 minutes straight, whatever it is.
