If you don't know what the past looks like, how can you make an investing decision in the current? You can't. Now, if you have a strategy that you believe in, for example, and I don't know how you could believe in it without having an understanding of the past, but let's say you trust me that it will work. You'd probably be pretty well off except for one big problem. You're trusting me. You're not verifying me. Don't trust me. That doesn't make any sense. How can you work your whole damn life, a symbol cash and then just trust some person who you don't even really know?"
