Introduction
Clippo philesan drome is due to failure of normal segmentation or formation of cervical somites at three to eight weeks gestation. Associated orthopetic conditions include congenital scoliosis and sprangles deformity in 30 % of cases. Diagnosis is made from physical mination, medical history and imaging findings. Treatment is usually observation with restriction of contact sports.
