The Importance of Timing Dependent Plasticity in Animals
There's this whole concept and theory of spike timing dependent plasticity being important for how the brain changes. But it's also a very hard thing to test. How do you get really precise added activity on a fine scale? We just keep seeing these signs that lek nerons are controlling their timein, so we think hat that must be important.
