i wanted to talk a little bit about a topic that you've all likely seen in the news, and it's the topic of inflation. Earlier this week, after endless concessions to senator joe mansion, to basically get him to sign on to the budget reconciliation bill,. He signalled that he just couldn't do it because he's allegedly concerned about how social spending will impact inflation. And i i'm going to get to an excellent piece that was written by seth ackerman in jacobin to kind of help really give people the important context necessary to understand this moment.
