Change Makers - You Have to Have a Solution

If you want to be a change maker, you have to enable fluid teams to take collective action by leading in a way that you can get that collective action. And then finally, and they continually adapt a situations change. So it really annoys me when change makers come up with this, like, one idea, stick with it and fight to the death about it. That's just as bad as anything else that we've ever done.
