A lot of product led companies spend a lot of money on performance marketing to get free trial signups. So if your sign up form is getting flooded with You know high volume google ads traffic where you're paying a dollar a click or high volume facebook and instagram traffic then I wouldn't recommend it in that scenario. At more transactional price points the the data may not be the same so if a company has done this before with a free trial or product signup Um, and it has done the dataI would love to see that or even co-publish.
