Customer Validation - What's the Difference?

Awesome is a self-serve platform that gives companies the ability to build a community of customers. They can then collect feedback from them in various forms, they can allow those users to collaborate and then also that feedback can be prioritized and scored. So we have something called impact scoring, which takes a variety of different signals, including severity and frequency and it helps prioritize feedback. It's effectively a one-stop shop for everything they need for customer validation. And about half of our revenue comes from the platform side and about half comes from the service side.
