Tropical Storm Fiona - Porto Rico and the US Virgin Islands

Tropical storm fiona is moving across the caribbean. It's expected to dump up to a foot of rain on the islands this week end. Some areas in porto rico will pick up eight to ten inches of rain, mountain sides and hillsides. There's a flood watch up until monday. C b s, nancy cortis has the latest details from the white house.
