Georgia Criminal Law - Is This a General Presentment?
High stakes case before Judge McBurnie this morning, and it all comes down to as best as I can tell one or maybe two pick a June points of Georgia criminal law. Presentments are actually kind of hard to talk about because it means a number of different things and has a specific meaning under Georgia law in particular. Part of what the hearing came down to today was the difference between general and special presentments. And then whether or not a report is different from either of those things.
