What's the Story of the Battle of Hastings?
Book is all about ar the how people came to terms with what had clearly been a very, a very traumatic experience in ten 66. Was it a completely fractured situation, or were people very quick coming together and trying to work out how they could live and and prosper in the new world? I think the answer to that question depends on sort of whose perspective you're looking at really,. ecause i think, from the norman perspective, things settled down relatively quickly.
