I've done an awful lot of work with the club over the last few years. The standing and appreciation of, of Black players has never been higher. You couldn't countenance someone like Angola County having to go through anything like Paul Cannaville suffered 40 years ago. People don't necessarily change their views. They can do or they might not. But they don't feel they can express them. And I think that's the important thing that you suppress. That's the worst aspects of people's characters inside that environment in order for it to be a healthier place for everyone.
