Grove: As a standalone person, it's difficult to really monitor and help and support. I invested as an angel in about 10 companies and several of them are doing very extremely very well. And yeah, I think that hiring people is crucial. Company finally, company would do as well as the level of their people would be. If they would hire bad people, idea could be great, but it won't happen.
