The Radical War Cemetery at Monte Cassino
Poles who had managed to escape Poland fought unbelievably bravely in the British army. Many of these people are fighting and dying in a incredibly tough battle at Monte Cassino, Italy. On the gravestones, there's a lot of Polish names, you know, these young men killed and Le Vov. And as we were filming it, a Polish school trip turned up. I think pretty much the most moving war cemetery I've ever seen is at MonteCassino.
